Job Details
Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, including pay components, tax setups, and payroll calculations.
Support Time & Attendance and scheduling through Symplr.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to define requirements, create test plans, execute test cases, and support integrations.
Lead payroll-related implementations including policy setup, compliance checks, and documentation.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements post go-live.
Develop reports, calculations, and payroll audits in Workday.
Create user documentation, training guides, and employee communication.
Ensure payroll tax compliance and identify risks.
Communicate project updates and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Workday Payroll experience in a techno-functional role
Experience with Symplr (Time & Attendance and Scheduling)
Strong understanding of payroll taxation and compliance
Experience with system testing, integrations, and production support
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with leadership
Preferred: experience in healthcare or large organizations
