RequirementsWe're seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in Cloud Services to contribute to the design and development of digital solutions supporting both customers and store associates across online and in-store experiences. Your role will involve architecture and building an omni-channel digital platform utilizing top-tier frameworks, platforms, and technologies, prominently including AWS Services, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Primary Responsibilities

• Develop applications using AWS Lambdas written in TypeScript, and other AWS services.
• Participate actively in design discussions, offering insights based on industry standards and best practices.
• Take ownership of critical components within the digital platform from conception through post-production phases.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product managers, and project managers within a cross-functional team environment.
  

Essential Abilities, Skills, And Experience

• Hold a bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent field.
• Possess over 5 years of experience delivering web and mobile applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency as a hands-on engineer in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Skilled in AWS Serverless Cloud-native services, including Lambda functions, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Ability to develop end-to-end solutions independently.
• Full-stack experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in building scalable, high-performance WEB APIs (REST) and API Management, with hands-on experience in Java with Spring Boot or Node.js with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of caching frameworks, data structures, and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Understanding of databases, NoSQL data stores, storage, and distributed persistence technologies.
• Experience with automated testing, deployment pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
