Job Title: Informatica Developer
Chicago, IL (Local Candidate with valid DL)
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Informatica Developer with extensive experience in ETL design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle PL/SQL with proven ability to handle large-scale data integration projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, packages, and complex SQL queries in Oracle PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and transformation to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for ETL processes.
- Work with job scheduling tools (Control-M or similar) for workflow automation.
- Maintain best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in ETL development with Informatica PowerCenter.
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages, triggers, query optimization).
- Experience with performance tuning and debugging ETL workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M or equivalent scheduling tool.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and data integration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
