Description
Supervise and guide the help desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Manage IT operations, including the maintenance and optimization of hardware, software, and networking systems.
Implement and oversee endpoint management processes, including imaging, software deployment, and patching.
Configure and maintain enterprise-grade networking equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards, including the management of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Monitor and enhance system performance, addressing issues related to Azure AD, Exchange Online, Office 365, and Windows environments.
Collaborate with other departments to provide clear communication and technical support tailored to non-technical users.
Develop strategies to improve help desk efficiency and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead efforts in troubleshooting network protocols, firewalls, and configurations to maintain system security and reliability.
Train and mentor team members, fostering growth and technical expertise.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role.
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server.
Advanced knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and system configurations.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
Expertise in configuring and supporting enterprise networking hardware such as switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Demonstrated skills in endpoint management, including software deployment, imaging, and remote support.
Strong organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
