Key Responsibilities
Process Design &; Automation:
Analyze business processes and workflows to design and automate them using Camunda BPMN.
Technical Architecture:
Define the technical architecture and design for Camunda-based applications, including

integration with enterprise systems.
Development & Deployment:
Develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Camunda processes, services, and decision tables.
Integration:
Integrate Camunda with other enterprise systems, including custom UIs, Kafka, and other middleware, using REST APIs.
Environment Management:
Set up and manage Camunda environments, often on cloud platforms like AWS.
Performance & Security:
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot the performance and security of Camunda applications and clusters.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver projects on time.
Mentoring:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers on Camunda best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Camunda Platform:
In-depth knowledge of Camunda BPM, including its functionalities, architecture, and BPMN standards.
Programming:
Strong Java development experience, often with Spring Boot for building backend services.

Cloud Platforms:
Experience with cloud environments like AWS for deploying and managing Camunda clusters.
Architecture:
Ability to design and define technical architectures, including high-level and low-level designs.
Integration Technologies:
Familiarity with integrating systems using REST APIs, Kafka, and other middleware.
BPMN:
Strong understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards for workflow modeling.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication

skills for technical and business collaboration.
