Job Title: Power BI Developer (Fabric Focus) Contract Role
Location: Hybrid Onsite Tuesday through Thursday (Remote Monday & Friday)
Contract Length: 6 Months (through end of year, possible extension to January)
Conversion: Not expected to convert to full-time
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Fabric to join our team on a 6-month contract. The primary focus of this role will be assisting in the setup and development of our Microsoft Fabric platform, with the goal of having the environment fully operational by the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, configuration, and development of Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Support the transition to a unified data platform using Microsoft Fabric capabilities.
- Work closely with the data team to integrate data sources and ensure system readiness.
- Provide best practices and guidance for data visualization and Fabric integration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric setup and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI development (reports, dashboards, DAX, Power Query).
- Understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data management principles (bonus).
- Experience working in hybrid environments and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working on a short-term project basis with a clear timeline and deliverables.
- Project-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Not seeking long-term/full-time employment.
- Can commit to hybrid schedule with on-site availability Tuesday Thursday.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting the end-of-year platform deployment goal.
