Your Key Responsibilities
We are excited to offer a pivotal opportunity at our advanced E-Mobility facility in Dover, Ohio, for an experienced and passionate Quality Management Leader. In this influential role, you will shape the foundation of our quality culture, lead transformative initiatives, and ensure our commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction empowering us as a leader in sustainable and innovative manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and verify our quality management systems and processes, developing strategies and initiatives to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Establish and manage the organizational structure and networks for quality management, ensuring effective resource allocation and rigorous budget planning and control.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve quality systems including guidelines, processes, strategies, objectives, and organizational structure driving operational excellence and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for all matters related to quality management, providing expert guidance on systems, audits, methodologies, tools, initiatives, and customer issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving the sharing of lessons learned and standardization across operations, ensuring the availability of technical and methodological expertise.
  • Provide essential tools, methods, and training to support ongoing improvement initiatives, empowering teams with the knowledge to maintain and elevate quality standards.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years job experience in similar role in an automotive manufacturing environment
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
