Role Overview:
We are looking for an AEM Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of AEM-based applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in AEM support projects and a strong customer-focused mindset:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM applications.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve AEM-related incidents and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in end-user training and provide guidance on AEM best practices.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer support.
