Job Details
Role:
- Lead portions of CDD and market diligence engagements for private equity sponsors.
- Drive workstreams including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, customer interview programs, and revenue bridge analysis.
- Partner directly with clients on validating investment theses, identifying growth drivers, and assessing risks.
- Manage junior consultants and analysts, providing oversight and structured guidance.
- Translate research and analysis into concise, actionable insights for deal teams.
- Contribute to internal best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for CDD delivery.
- 3 7 years of relevant consulting experience in Private Equity-focused groups
- Direct involvement in 20+ CDD projects, with responsibility for managing a subset of these.
- Strong domain expertise in market diligence across multiple industries.
- Ability to independently own and lead client discussions.
- Strong SQL or Python skills
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Proficiency with core analytical tools: market modeling, customer segmentation, revenue bridge construction, competitive benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Prior experience at a MBB strategy firm s PE practice
- Track record of high-quality delivery under fast-paced deal timelines.
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus, though not required.
