**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing process experience and related quality assurance and auditing experience.
- Proficient in performing conformity assessment audits independently.
- Highly preferred: Lead Auditor Certification (ASQ, RABQSA / Exemplar Global) and CSA/UL experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 17020, 17025, and/or 17065.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and using various measurement tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills essential.
