Compensation
Pay Range:$53.15-$75.93/Hrs

Description
Responsible for maximizing the value of a product.
Define the vision and roadmap for the product.
Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems.
Create and prioritize work for a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Refine stories with the team to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
Work in partnership with the team to ensure optimum value is obtained through technology.

Key Responsibilities
Create the vision and roadmap for the product with some guidance.
Communicate the product vision and roadmap effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs.
Create and prioritize work for a team.
Refine stories with the team to ensure readiness.
Review and accept stories, making decisions on scope and requirements.
Ensure optimum value is obtained through an advanced understanding of the business.

Qualifications
Experience with Product Ownership/Product management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of products, services, business flows, and understanding of financial context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in facilitating team planning ceremonies and managing risks/dependencies.
Experience in one or more financial domains.
Basic awareness of architecture and design.
