Position: Dell Senior Solution Architect
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Start the residency 3 weeks ONSITE in Oklahoma City, OK and then the remaining 21 weeks conducted remotely.

Operational Support
Daily management and maintenance of Dell infrastructure (e.g., PowerEdge, VxRail, PowerStore, PowerMax, etc.)
Performing routine checks, updates, and patching
Monitoring system health and performance
Responding to alerts or system events
Troubleshooting hardware/software issues

Optimization
Tuning and optimizing system performance
Capacity planning and resource utilization analysis
Implementing best practices for backup, DR, security, and performance
Workflow and process improvements

Knowledge Transfer & Documentation
Training customer staff on Dell tools and best practices
Creating or updating runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
Assisting with change management processes

Continuous Improvement & Strategy
Identifying opportunities for automation or efficiency
Advising on future upgrades or technology adoption
Acting as a bridge between the customer and Dell support/engineering
Providing feedback to Dell teams for product improvement

VxRail: Managing cluster health, lifecycle management, vSAN tuning
PowerStore: Assisting with provisioning, performance tuning, replication setup
Data Protection (e.g., Avamar, PowerProtect): Managing backup jobs, troubleshooting failures
Networking (Dell EMC switches): Daily config changes, firmware management, troubleshooting
