5+ years in data engineering, designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
5+ years of experience with data governance, quality, and lifecycle management in clinical or observational domains.
5+ years of hands-on experience with RWE data, data profiling, and integration of large datasets.
5+ years of experience in data architecture design and enterprise data warehouse enablement.
4+ years of experience in team leadership and coordination across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
4+ years in building and maintaining data-driven applications supporting analytics and research objectives.

Experienced professional responsible for designing and developing scalable data pipelines and data-driven applications using real-world evidence (RWE) data. The role includes managing GDASH platform administration, data governance, and lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards. The candidate will collaborate across global teams to define data architecture, optimize quality, and support RWD studies through technical and analytical expertise.
