Job Details

Leading security information technology company that is focused on design, integration, installation, maintenance and operation of technically complex integrated physical security management systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Install, configure, and maintain various security systems including but not limited to access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Perform system upgrades and modifications to meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of security solutions.
  • Promptly identify and resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and use troubleshooting tools to analyze system performance and determine solutions.
  • Provide both remote and on-site support to address client concerns efficiently.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and respond to inquiries.
  • Offer training and guidance when necessary to clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all service activities, including service reports, equipment inventory, and configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with the other technical teams to contribute to knowledge bases and share best practices.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • Ideally B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related subject.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related role; security systems
  • Industry Certifications in Lenel and other Access Control and Video Management systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, network cameras, circuitry, relays, reading wiring diagrams, and using digital multimeter testers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and directions in a dynamic work environment.
