Your Impact:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive actionable insights.
- Create dynamic and strategic reporting that influences business operations and uncovers new quality trends.
- Develop and implement innovative data solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and flag anomalies.
- Present findings in a clear, compelling manner that drives decision-making and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of data analysis experience, with a combination of business and technical skills, including mortgage industry experience
- 2 years of SAS, SQL programming skills, R or Python programming (SAS preferred)
- 2 years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to conduct database/public records searches
