Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join the Optic, Payments/Credit, and DEX technology teams. This role is responsible for supporting the setup, installation, and monitoring of payment terminals and related hardware/software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in POS systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Direct field personnel in the installation of new payment terminal equipment and related hardware/software. Provide accurate verbal instructions for diagnostics and installations. Configure and upgrade software on newly installed devices. Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations. Manage multiple support tickets, prioritizing based on urgency and impact. Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience working with POS systems. Experience supporting POS systems including Site Server, Credit Server, and related technologies. Familiarity with fuel controllers, pumps, and CRINDs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across business units. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining and enhancing POS systems. Familiarity with POS data and functions such as items, barcodes, sales, voids, promotions, discounts, and payment methods. Experience testing new hardware/software and recommending improvements. Advanced support experience for escalated hardware/software issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High motivation, urgency, and a passion for quality control. Effective team collaboration and problem-solving abilities. Technical Knowledge Required Experience with POS systems. Experience with Gilbarco/Wayne Pumps and CRINDs. Education: Bachelors Degree
