Job Details
- Experience with integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4HANA).
- Implement, configure, and administer SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruitment.
- Work closely with HR and IT departments to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Integration with EC, RCM, and LMS
- Maintain data integrity and security in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can leverage the system effectively.
- Manage updates and upgrades to the system, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to meet the analytical needs of the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and new modules.
