  • Client now targeting someone with AEP certifications
  • Some candidates weighed heavily on the AEM side vs AEP/AJO side. Manager explained it as AEM=Content & AEP=Data.
  • Client wants us to prioritize resources who have deep data backgrounds (ingestion, schemas, ID resolution, profiles, etc.)
  • Candidate should have performed at least one E2E AEP implementation before as a hands on keyboard doer and have a full understanding of all AEP platform features and best practices
  • Would also like for the candidate to have experience leading development teams and/or serving as an architect
  • CJA is a lower priority now; however AJO is still a secondary platform for us to staff towards
