Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Technology Business Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in St. Louis, MO, Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA and Minneapolis, MN. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Required Qualifications:
Pay Range: $ 52 - 62

- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and long-term implications for Technology Business Services Consulting
- Lead large-scale strategic planning and execution across multiple functional areas
- Review and analyze multifaceted business and technology challenges involving numerous variables and unprecedented scenarios
- Provide subject matter expertise in the resolution of highly complex, enterprise-level situations
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while delivering impactful results
- Collaborate and consult strategically with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military, or education
- 7+ years of overall technology experience
- 7+ years of experience leading and executing complex enterprise-wide technology transformation programs
- Proven success managing large-scale technology development efforts within major lines of business
- Demonstrated ability to influence across all organizational levels, including executive and senior leadership
- Experience working with or for a Top-3 consulting firm
- Experience leading technology efforts through large mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Process optimization experience; Six Sigma certification or experience preferred
- 2+ years of information security experience
- 6+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry
Pay Range: $ 52 - 62
