RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Supervisor Supply Chain in Morenci, AZ.
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a cross-functional team of Contract Controls Specialists and Materials Planning Specialists
* Lead performance management including hiring, performance reviews, and regular feedback
* Provide direction and oversight for all sourcing activities at the site in coordination with field customers
* Manage workload and responsibilities including collaborative planning, master data requests, expediting, obsolescence, rotables, bulks, and service requests
* Monitor and communicate KPI and forecasting metrics to ensure service levels are met
* Guide the implementation of new or enhanced supply chain processes and educate customers as needed
* Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX, company policies, and business conduct standards
* Oversee periodic responsibilities such as Obsolescence, Rotables, Part Changes and Requests
* Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations
* Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of supply chain experience (including five (5) years in a supervisory or lead role) or Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience (including supervisory or lead experience) or Master's degree and three (3) years of relevant experience (including supervisory or lead experience)
Preferred Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
* Strong background in contract administration, procurement, or commercial management
* Advanced analytical and financial skills with knowledge in budgeting and cost control
* Proven leadership skills and experience developing teams in a compliance-driven environment
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), contract lifecycle tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power BI)
Work Environment & Conditions:
* Must understand and follow work and safety instructions in English
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English
* Work is primarily in a professional office environment
* Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain operational settings
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
