Desktop Support Technician - Long-Term Contract

Location: On-site (with occasional travel between office locations)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Experience Level: Intermediate (1-3 years)

Role Overview:

Seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a professional office environment. This role involves resolving escalated helpdesk tickets, supporting hardware and software systems, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 support for desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
  • Handle escalations from the Tier 1 helpdesk and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with Network Operations Center (NOC) and user administration teams.
  • Deliver white-glove support for on-site users and resolve remote tickets as needed.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, imaging, and printer maintenance.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and contribute to customer satisfaction metrics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.90 - $24.90/hr.
