RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Workspace Administrative Assistant in Bellevue, WA.

Scope of Role:
Reception & Access Management:
* Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests, clients, and team members at reception desks
* Utilize visitor management systems (e.g., Envoy, Proxyclick) to track and manage guest access
* Collaborate with the Physical Security Team to oversee digital badge issuance and escort protocols

Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
* Execute precise vendor coordination using procurement and scheduling platforms
* Ensure compliance with company policies through digital workflow tools and audit trails

Office Operations & Support:
* Manage mail handling, supply ordering, and shipping logistics using inventory and courier tracking systems
* Respond to internal service requests via ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), ensuring SLA adherence and high customer satisfaction

Facilities & Collaboration Spaces:
* Maintain meeting rooms and collaboration areas using space management software (e.g., Robin, OfficeSpace)
* Coordinate with facilities teams through digital maintenance request systems to ensure timely upkeep

Resource & Budget Oversight:
* Monitor office supply levels and budgets using expense tracking tools and dashboards
* Maintain accurate inventory records using asset management systems

Mobility & Adaptability:
* Navigate a dynamic, non-desk-bound work environment with professionalism and ease, including use of mobile apps for task tracking and communication

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in workplace technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow)
* Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, and occasional climbing or crouching for inspections and maintenance
* Ability to lift and carry objects or equipment ranging from under 10 lbs. to over 50 lbs.
* Capable of alternating between physical tasks and desk-based administrative duties

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
