Role: EndPoint Management Specialist
Location: Oakland CA (Onsite)
About This Position:
This role involves managing and supporting endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE), overseeing Google Workspace administration, and ensuring secure and efficient device and application management across a mixed OS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support for Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE in a mixed environment
- Supporting the move from JAMF Pro to Workspace ONE
- Oversee Google Workspace administration and configuration.
- Implement device policies, security settings, and application deployments.
- Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues.
- Document managed environments and processes.
- Understand the end user experience and impact for an MDM controlled environment
Technical Skills:
- Experience managing Jamf Pro.
- Working knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration under multiple domains
- Experience with device configuration and application deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in MacOS and Windows OS's
- Proficient understanding of Workspace ONE UEM
Nice to haves
- Familiarity with IAM and IDP principles
- Managed an Enterprise Google Workspace environment

- Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail in requirements gathering and solution validation.

Qualification:
Education & Certifications:
- 8+ Years related experience.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a closely related field.
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certificate or equivalent
- JAMF 300 certification or higher
- Proficient understanding of Workspace ONE UEM
