Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code in .NET, Azure, Kubernetes
  • Assist in designing systems integrating ML/generative AI with real-time adjudication, autonomous coding, and chart intelligence
  • Scale AI/ML solutions for real-time and large-scale workloads
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Align technical execution with business goals
  • Translate complex requirements into technical designs
  • Collaborate with global and offshore teams for seamless delivery
  • Architecture & Documentation
  • Create architecture artifacts: diagrams, design docs, and specifications
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current on ML, generative AI, and cloud trends to drive innovation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-grade software development (.NET Development)
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure/AWS, AKS, REDIS, Docker (Cloud Platforms)
  • 5+ years of experience integrating AI into SaaS and microservice architectures (Microservices)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
  • Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models
  • Demonstrated background in natural language processing (NLP) and LLM integration
  • Proven experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming (e.g., Kafka)
  • Demonstrated familiarity with FHIR standards and healthcare data interoperability
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
