  • Build and configure identity workflows, automation rules, lifecycle events, access reviews, certifications, and system integrations.

  • Produce detailed architectural documentation, including high-level and low-level designs, scalability plans, and continuity strategies.

  • Translate business, regulatory, and security requirements into secure, scalable, supportable identity governance solutions.

  • Provide expert guidance on IAM strategy, automation opportunities, and best practices to technical and business stakeholders.

  • Implement identity lifecycle processes, policy-based access controls, and governance models across enterprise systems and applications.

  • Design and improve integration patterns using APIs, provisioning standards, and custom connectors.

  • Mentor project teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring alignment to architectural standards and delivery expectations.

  • Help define governance, operational processes, and long-term identity maturity models.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years focused on IAM/IGA engineering or architecture.

  • Proven experience deploying and customizing enterprise IGA solutions, including connector development and configuration.

  • Strong understanding of identity and access fundamentals including RBAC, authentication protocols, directory services, and governance models.

  • Working knowledge of data formats, scripting, and integration methods (e.g., JSON, REST, PowerShell, JavaScript).

  • Understanding of security frameworks, regulatory standards, and compliance controls.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification related to IAM, security, or cloud architecture.

  • Experience designing cloud-based identity architectures within platforms such as major IaaS or SaaS identity ecosystems.

  • Prior consulting or professional services background supporting multi-client or enterprise transformation efforts.
