Python Lead Developer

We're hiring a Python Lead Developer for a 6-month remote gig, with the chance to go full-time and up to $160k/year. You should have 8+ years in dev, with at least 5 years working with Python and Django, plus experience with cloud (AWS), APIs, and databases.

It's a leadership role where you'll guide agile teams, help automate operations, review code, and work on improving legacy systems. You'll also collaborate with product teams to make sure tech supports business goals. Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills are a must. Bonus points if you know React, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, or tools like Jira and GitLab. It's a fast-paced environment focused on building great solutions.

1. Lead and support agile development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

2. Review and oversee code, design, and architecture to ensure quality and best practices.

3. Collaborate with product teams to align technical efforts with business goals and improve legacy systems.
