Job Title: Salesforce Developer Sales Cloud Expert
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Sales Cloud to join our team for a W2 contract position based in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing and enhancing the Salesforce platform to support complex business processes, particularly in Sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
- Customize Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, and Territory Management.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and AppExchange products.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data models, and workflow diagrams.
- Work closely with QA and Admin teams to support release management and UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud including lead conversion, opportunity lifecycle, sales automation, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) highly preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CPQ or Service Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Prior experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment.
Additional Information:
- W2 Candidates only. No C2C or third-party submissions.
- This is a contract role with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
- Must be local to or willing to relocate to Santa Clara, CA.
