Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead in AI/ML and Cloud Engineering to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performing applications. This role requires hands-on expertise in Java/Python/Node.js, strong knowledge of system architecture, and proven leadership in guiding engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have real-world experience with AI/ML technologies and AWS SageMaker, enabling the delivery of next-generation intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

  • Drive system design and architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance.

  • Design and implement solutions using Java, Python, or Node.js.

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.

  • Lead the adoption and implementation of AI/ML technologies leveraging AWS SageMaker.

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices (code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps).

  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

  • Foster an environment of continuous innovation, learning, and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Strong programming skills in at least one: Java, Python, Node.js.

  • Proven track record as a Tech Lead/Engineering Lead with team mentorship.

  • Strong expertise in system design, architecture, scalability, and design patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker for AI/ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Solid understanding of machine learning and AI technologies.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
