Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a  Sales Compensation Operations Analyst  for a  contract  assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite.
The Sales Commission Operations team is seeking a highly analytical team member to support the end-to-end commissions payout process for sellers throughout the world. This role includes assisting with commission calculation audits, sending timely data to payroll, responding to commission queries, and a heavy focus on working on team projects that will drive process improvements and analytics reporting for our business partners. This is a fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and working under strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail across compensation systems
 - Assist in Ad-hoc analysis and track key performance metrics monthly.
 - Ensure controls are performed for accurate payout of commissions
 - Collaborate with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees
 - Assist with timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employees
 - Assist in the development, maintenance, and updates to systems, processes, and analytics reporting
 - Maintain compensation-related data models, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and identify trends.
 - Support audits, data validation, and ongoing process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
 - Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration and testing of compensation systems and tools.
 
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years' experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, or another analytical role.
 - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented approach.
 - Must be highly proficient with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan, and SQL.
 - Familiarity with compensation structures, or sales performance metrics a plus.
 - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal and social skills required
 - Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
 - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 - Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
