The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team can provide you the opportunity to build and operate a suite of massive scale, integrated cloud services in a broadly distributed, multi-tenant cloud environment. As a principal software engineer on the User Experience team, you will be leading and driving the design and architecture of the product and establishing the standards and partnerships with other service teams From a technology perspective, this is a greenfield development environment with a huge amount of autonomy, leaving us free to build and innovate without being encumbered by legacy products and services. We're on a React & Redux stack, and communicate with other services via well-defined, RESTful interfaces.

You are comfortable working at all levels of the stack. You worked as a tech lead.
You have strong fundamentals and you know React & Redux; or, you don't know React, but are willing to learn.
Minimum Qualifications
6 to 8 years of experience shipping software
BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms)
Proficiency in at least couple of the following languages: Java/ C#, JavaScript, React.js, React Native, TypeScript, Angular, Backbone, Knockout.js or another AJAX framework.
Preferred Qualifications
MS in Computer Science
Experience in a start-up environment
Experience building rich, browser-based applications
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining web applications operating at great scale
Experience in at least couple of the following languages: Java/ C#, JavaScript, React.js, React Native TypeScript, Angular, Backbone, Knockout.js or another AJAX framework.
Good understanding of Unix-like operating systems

US: Hiring Range: from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
