Job Position: SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) Analyst

Location: Houston, TX / Kansas City, MO/ Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PM Functional Consultant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM modules, with a deep understanding of business processes related to plant maintenance, asset management, and work management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP PM solutions.
• Configure SAP PM modules including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, and Measuring Points.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead or support SAP PM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support data migration and cutover activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation: functional specifications, training materials, and process flows.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, PP, EAM, FICO) to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests related to the PM module.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in asset and maintenance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP PM implementation.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP PM and other modules (MM, PP, CO, etc.).
• Good knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA environment (preferred).
• Experience with data migration tools like LSMW, BAPIs, or BDCs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP PM certification.
• Experience with SAP EAM or mobile maintenance applications (e.g., SAP Work Manager, Fiori Apps).
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for documentation and testing.
• Experience in regulated industries or understanding of GxP compliance (if relevant)
