Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers.
  • Proactively identify documentation needs and propose solutions.
  • Create clear, concise, and visually appealing content.
  • Conduct research, interviews, and analysis.
  • Edit and review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with product strategy and goals.

Requirements Essential

  • 8+ years of technical writing experience in product development.
  • Portfolio showcasing documentation samples.
  • Strong understanding of documentation principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc. or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Preferred

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Worked with PLM Team Center.
  • Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS.
  • Certification in technical communication (STC, CTC).
