Job Details

Role - Functional resource for iValua

Location - San Jose

Lead the end to end implementation of the functional work streams (e.g. procure-to-pay, source-to-contract, supplier relationship management) from the start to production delivery Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, is aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets customers' business requirements

Other responsibilities -

Key Skills/Knowledge:

* Hands on/Implementation experience on Ivalua Source to Contract and Procure to Pay solution

* Experience on support and maintenance assignment of Ivalua or any other SaaS base eProcurement products.

* Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, specifications, and user guides.

* Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocation.

* Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project milestones.

* Coordinate with the Ivalua team to align with Google s specifications and requirements.

* Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders during and after implementation

* Address user issues, and offer solutions to optimize platform usage.

* Perform thorough testing of configured features and functionalities.

* Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to production

* Generate progress reports and status updates for stakeholders

* Document lesson learned and best practices for future implementation

* Knowledge on DOP (Delegation of Power) from procurement process perspective, Knowledge on various aspects of DOP and it's configuration

* Expertise and experience in any industry standard P2P and S2C tools or custom solutions.

* Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
