We're looking for an Associate Director, CIS Data and Metrics to:
Act as a subject matter expert across various Cyber and Information Security (CIS) domains and capabilities, offering proactive risk management and oversight for these areas. Identify operational risks and propose realistic remediation or improvement solutions.
Contribute to shaping the firm's CIS risk appetite. Assess current firmwide risk posture with respect to that appetite on a data-driven basis.
Review the firm's CIS threats, controls, deficiencies, indicators and events, in support of conclusions on the firm's residual risk. Prepare responses to regulatory queries regarding CIS risk and control governance.
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams from different geographies and business divisions on change initiatives.
Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $170,000 to $180,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computing Security, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Cyber Detection Engineer, Security Analyst, Assistant Engineer, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
Cyber and information security risk governance, management, and control
data protection, identity and access management; cyber defense, network security, and cyber hygiene
enabling technologies to operate securely; implementing security controls against threats and risk scenarios
financial industry regulatory environment; security risk and threat management frameworks including NIST CSF, CRI profile, COBIT and MITRE ATT&CK
infrastructure security controls; security analysis tooling development; security risk reporting platform development.
