Audio Visual / Video Conferencing Support Specialist
Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA (Monday-Friday)
Contract: 6-18+ Months | Potential to Extend

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced AV/VC Support Specialist to ensure seamless video conferencing and collaboration experiences for a leading gaming company. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional support to C-level executives. You'll manage AV environments, maintain hardware, and deliver high-quality real-time communication solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and resolve incidents and requests using the ticketing system.
- Ensure quality and consistency of video conferencing services.
- Provide direct support to C-level executives for call quality and real-time communication tools.
- Maintain and prepare AV/VC hardware environments to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot AV/VC systems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Manage AV projects of varying size and complexity; interpret project construction documents.
- Perform AV break-fix repairs, upgrades, and new build installations.
- Maintain proficiency in videoconferencing and collaboration technologies.
- Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for AV hardware/software.
- Manage AV equipment inventory, commissioning, and decommissioning.
- Create and maintain AV environment documentation.
- 2+ years supporting video conferencing equipment.
- 2+ years experience with web-cast and collaboration tools (MS Teams).
- 2+ years troubleshooting Mac and Windows in a VC environment.
- 2+ years providing executive-level support.
- Strong understanding of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco VC equipment, Logitech VC equipment.
- Deep knowledge of AV technologies and IT systems.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
- AV integration and deployment experience.
- Work onsite with a top-tier gaming client in a dynamic environment.
