-B.A. or B.S. degree in environmental sustainability, supply chain, procurement, or equivalent experience
-10+ years of experience in Strategic Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management or Corporate Sustainability
-Experience balancing multiple initiatives at once
-Communication and process/project management experience
-Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing supplier sustainability and performance solutions
-Procurement systems/processes/tools experience
