Qualifications & Experience:
" 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
" Proven track record of leading SAP-enabled process transformations in manufacturing environments.
" Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Fiori app design, and integration with S/4HANA.
" Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes, including shop floor data capture.
" Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to bridge business and IT perspectives.
" Experience in multi-plant or global template rollouts is preferred.
