We are seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our healthcare client's team. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will excel in extracting data, creating insightful dashboards, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Data Extraction and Discovery:
- Extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Provide insights into business problems:
- Clinical, financial, and operations data dashboard creation.
- Experience with healthcare data, finance/accounting, claims, or RCM data.
Data Correlation and Presentation:
- Correlate data across systems and present cohesively.
- Analyze data quality:
- Data scoring, classification, and integrity.
- Strong SQL skills.
Collaboration and Maintenance:
- Work with programmers, engineers, and management to aggregate data into a data lake.
- Maintain existing dashboards.
- Chart/dashboard creation (SuperSet, Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Skills:
- Comfortable with lower quality data and ambiguity.
- Big picture thinking to identify data issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and teamwork abilities.
