Role: Desktop Support Analyst Location: Glendale, Arizona (100% onsite)
Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for our Glendale, Arizona branch. This contractor will play a critical role in maintaining end-user productivity by resolving hardware, software, and network issues across a dynamic utility services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for Windows-based systems, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and authorized software applications.
- Support remote access tools (VPN, Citrix, etc.) and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset changes in Client s ITSM system.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks including account setup and equipment provisioning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate or utility environment.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, or similar deployment tools is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
