Job Description

We are seeking a Product Owner Acqueon Dialer to join our team and lead the optimization, integration, and expansion of our contact center dialer technology solutions. This is a remote position with long-term stability and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in call center environments, dialer platforms, and hands-on expertise with Acqueon Campaign Manager, Twilio, CRM and IVR integrations. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to enhance campaign performance and ensure platform compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Acqueon Dialer solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align dialing strategies with business objectives.

  • Gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.

  • Lead the implementation and integration of Acqueon with CRM, IVR, Twilio, and contact center platforms.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve dialer-related issues and optimize platform performance.

  • Provide training and support to call center teams for campaign configuration and usage.

  • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign KPIs and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (TCPA, GDPR, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in call center technologies and dialer platform management.

  • Hands-on experience with Acqueon Campaign Manager, reporting & analytics.

  • Experience integrating with Twilio, Salesforce, Genesys, or other CRM/IVR platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and product lifecycle.

  • Understanding of TCPA, GDPR, and auto-dialer compliance rules.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Acqueon Campaign Manager

  • Twilio / Twilio Studio / Flex

  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM

  • IVR platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Cisco UCCE)

  • Jira / Confluence / Agile tools

  • Dialer KPIs, analytics dashboards, reporting engines

  • TCPA, GDPR compliance frameworks
