Part Time HR Recruiter

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to join our talent acquisition team. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting our recruitment goals across various departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and target profiles.
• Use various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms, referrals, networking events, job fairs, college events etc.) to proactively find and engage potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical and recurring roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess fit and interest.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and sourcing activities in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Work with Managers to make offers and review benefits packages to

• Run reports as needed for as needed including turnover, & vacancy rates.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned including department phone coverage and assisting with walk in inquires as needed.

Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Excellent excel skills.
