ServiceNow Practice Lead
Location: Remote
Job description:
- Experience: overall needed 15+ Experience with 7+ years in enterprise software services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on industry specific ServiceNow adoption
- ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (CRM, HRSD and SOM) and interconnection with other ServiceNow Modules ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs, and building high-performing teams.
- Relationship Management: Strong experience in managing C-level relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industry-specific ServiceNow solutions proven by certifications and delivered projects
- Good Understanding of Agentic and Gen AI is a plus
- Familiarity with agile delivery models and digital transformation frameworks
