We are looking for Senior Agile Scrum/FlowMaster for our client in Durham, NC

Job Description:
  • The Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master will support agile teams in planning, implementing, and delivering business value for both project initiatives and operations/maintenance efforts.
  • The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating releases, tracking progress, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement across the teams.
  • This position will operate under the Aqua portfolio, supporting NC FAST programs (FNS and EPI) and potentially other programs within the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Support release planning and coordination with technical leads and business stakeholders.
  • Track daily assignments, prioritize tasks, and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Participate in monthly releases, quarterly PI planning, and status meetings for managerial updates.
  • Measure and report team metrics, driving continuous improvement and agile maturity.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver solutions for program backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-team activities, including RSC meetings, Sync meetings, and quarterly PI planning across Aqua Portfolio.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders in agile best practices and methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Flow Master, or similar role in complex program environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
  • Experience facilitating PI planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to engage multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience tracking and reporting metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to coach and mentor teams toward agile maturity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large-scale programs and enterprise portfolios.
  • Familiarity with NC FAST programs or similar government-related initiatives.
  • Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, SAFe Scrum Master.
