Location: Hybrid Onsite Dallas, TX (Need Local Candidate)

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and data modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and optimizing data structures for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
• Build responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components and Aura framework.
• Design and optimize data models, including custom objects, relationships, and schema structures.
• Implement and manage data migrations, validations, and deduplication strategies.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding best practices and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Proficient in Salesforce data modeling and schema design.
• Solid understanding of governor limits and platform best practices.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
