The Position:
Position Title: Senior Qlik Developer
Location: Hybrid Remote Off-Site and On-Site (as required) in Middletown, PA
Duration: 12-24+ Month Project

We are seeking multiple Senior Qlik Developers to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department for core roles and responsibilities needed to accomplish the goals, requirements, and work efforts for the PTC Information Technology (IT) Customer and Business Solutions (CBS) Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (BIDA) team. The resources are needed to fill roles necessary to perform work activities, both operational and associated with Capital Plan projects, maintain the current infrastructure, maintain and update current applications, development of new applications and assist with fulfilling the PTC s business needs. Project duration will be for a period of 12 months, with the potential to renew for an additional 12 months. Work environment will be hybrid, primarily remote off-site with on-site presence as required.

Our Senior Qlik Developers will perform the following duties;
- Configure Qlik Servers
- Provide technical expertise for all related Qlik hardware and software
- Assist in cutover activities
- Development of the PTC s data lake
- Assists teams outside of BIDA who have data needs
- Reviewing and suggesting new functionality within the Qlik environment
- End user training
- Provide data upon request
- Attend weekly status and other meetings upon PTC request
- Attend BIDA planning meetings
- Complete weekly status reports
- Complete annual fiscal reports
- Manage BIDA ITSM objects
- Provide User support to PTC staff and outside contractors
- Provide ROM estimates and propose due dates
- Development of standards
- Research of new initiatives
- Other BIDA duties, as required but not defined above

The Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 5+ Years: Experience as a Senior Qlik Developer / Qlik Architect / Qlik Lead on projects of various size utilizing multiple Qlik components: Sense, NPrinting and GeoAnalytics
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is beneficial
- ServiceNow experience is beneficial
- SAP experience is beneficial
- Azure DevOps experience is beneficial
