Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of .NET developers, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translating them into technical specifications
  • Designing and architecting scalable and robust software solutions using the .NET framework
  • Developing and coding software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues, and implementing effective solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as quality assurance, to ensure software quality and performance
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommending their adoption where applicable
  • Mentoring and coaching junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth
  • Assisting in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience, ASP.NET, Reactor Angular (preferred), SQL, MongoDB
