RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is hiring multiple Vice Presidents of Electrical across various U.S. regions. Relocation assistance is available, or regular travel to the assigned area is expected. This role is available in multiple locations: Dallas, Southern California, Salt Lake City, Colombus, Orlando, NJ, IL, AZ and MT.
Summary:
As VP of Electrical Operations, you will lead strategic growth, drive operational excellence, and manage high-performing teams to deliver innovative electrical solutions. This role combines leadership, business development, and client engagement to expand market presence and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share
* Lead business development and client relationship efforts
* Oversee project delivery with a focus on safety, budget, and timelines
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement
* Mentor teams and foster cross-functional collaboration
* Represent the company in industry forums and client engagements
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years in electrical construction or related leadership roles
* Proven success in managing mega projects and owning client relationships
* Strong business development and P&L management experience
* Deep understanding of electrical construction and safety standards
* Technical proficiency in estimating, project management tools, and MS Office
* Executive presence with excellent communication abilities
* Strategic mindset with a track record of driving transformation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
