RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a UX Designer who will develop, create, and modify user interfaces through and understanding of end-user needs.

Job Responsibilities:
* Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customer's business problem/goals
* Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
* Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
* Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design
* Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
* 5-7 years of experience required
* Experience in software design and development
* Experience in professional UI development
* Experience with data-driven UI development
* Strong communication and problem solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
