Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a PMO/Reporting Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the Program Management Organization (PMO) function within our organization. S/He will partner with key internal stakeholders (Technology and Product) to execute comprehensive communications and governance reporting and plan for the program.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the Program Management Organization (PMO) function within our organization. S/He will partner with key internal stakeholders (Technology and Product) to execute comprehensive communications and governance reporting and plan for the program.
- Execute on the communications and governance strategy for launch of new technology process and technology capabilities
- Utilize excellent Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards
- Scope and create reporting and templates for various distributions via email, website, Sharepoint, and more
- Support Project Plans and Reporting Requirements and coordinate with various working groups to maintain program level status and updates
- Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders
- Identify pockets of communications with tailored materials for certain audiences
- Streamline information to ensure consistent messaging for internal and external (including regulatory) updates
- Plan, prepare and deliver Townhalls, Roadshows, Training, and other ad-hoc presentations and reporting metrics to socialize the program strategy and progress
- Maintain strong communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and own weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings as well as executive level updates
- Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders
- Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team
- Build and foster relationships with various LOBs to successfully attain key project updates
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise data analysis and presentation
- Experience working in a global, dynamic environment, catering to various regions
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills with ability to communicate across various technology, business, and senior management levels
- Ability to be independent and own projects with accountability
- Ability to pivot priorities and assess urgency of project work
