Business Analyst

Bachelor's degree preferred

3 - 5+ years Systems Development Business Analyst experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with proven ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams

Solid understanding of the Client business with work experience in health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development

Shown expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.

Solid grasp of the architecture and deployment needed to support web development

Interact closely with Subject Matter Experts and partners across Client Health Benefits domain to elicit Product requirements

-Worked on multiple mobile/ web applications projects

- Minimum 6 years working as Business Analyst

- Agile environment at the Enterprise level

Nice to Have:

- Health care experience
